General Requirements
- Copies of salary slips for the previous three months
- Certified copies of bank statements for the previous six months
- Copy of ID or passport
- Copy of PIN certificate
- Copy of utility bill (water, electricity, etc.)
- Colored passport size photograph

- CBA bank has a wide branch network across East Africa, with branches and ATM`s spread across major towns and cities in the region.
Online/ Mobile banking
Online and mobile banking is available to the account holders. To access online banking the customer has to fill the application form online or visit the nearest CBA branch while Mobile banking can be accessed by:- dialing USSD Code *654#
- downloading the CBA App from mobile Appstore.
