Online/ Mobile banking

Online and mobile banking is available for the account holders. To access online banking the customer has to register online  on the banks Next gen facility or visit the nearest I&M bank branch for registration while Mobile banking can be accessed by:
  • dialing USSD code *458#.
  • Downloading the I&M Mobile App
  • Iclick I&M's Reconnection KES 500
Branch and ATM Network
  • I&M bank has around 35 branches
  • ATM Card KES 350 ( subsequent issues)
  • ATM withdrawal KES 30
Opening Requirements
  • An introduction letter from an I&M account holder or your employers or bankers or a professional of repute (lawyer/ accountant)
  • Copy of your ID/passport
  • Recent colour passport photograph
  • Copy of work permit (if applicable)
  • Copy of PIN card (if you have one)
