The NIC Gold Credit Card is for individuals who need to make higher financial transactions in the month while enjoying preferential services. The Gold Credit Card limit ranges between KES 200,000 and KES 1,000,000.Features

- The card has an interest free payback period of up to 50 days.
- The card has an insurance cover for forced ATM withdrawals.
- The card has a purchase protection cover for lost, stolen and skimmed card fraud cases.
General Requirements
Employed
- Duly completed NIC Bank Credit Card standard application forms
- Original or certified true copies of:
- Identification card (National identification a must for Kenyan Citizen or Valid passport)
- Proof of residence (not required if NIC account holder)
- KRA PIN certificate
- Latest month pay slip or latest 6 months pay slips for commission based employees
- Latest 3 months bank statements
- If you are NOT a Kenyan Citizen there are a few more documents we will need you to provide:
- Valid work permit
- Latest employment contract
- Letter of undertaking from the employers
Self-Employed
- Duly completed NIC Bank Credit Card standard application forms
- Original or certified true copies of:
- Certificate of business registration
- Latest license
- Identification card (national or Valid Passport) for owner(s)
- KRA PIN certificates for proprietors and business
- Latest 6 months bank statements
Limited Liability Companies
- Duly completed NIC Bank Corporate Credit Card standard application forms
- Completed Indemnity and guarantee forms – this shall be provided by the bank
- Original or certified true copies of:
- Certificate of Incorporation
- Memorandum and Articles of Association
- Company KRA PIN certificate
- Latest audited accounts
- Latest 6 months bank statements
- Board resolution that NIC Bank can process credit card for the nominated person(s)
- Identification cards for all directors
- Copy of KRA PIN certificates for all the directors
Bank Network
- Nic bank has branches and ATMs spread across major towns and cities.Nic bank has extended its services to the east African region(Kenya, Uganda, and Tanzania).
- NIC Bank has partnered with Postbank to offer you a wider and more convenient banking network. You can now make cash withdrawals, cash deposits, check mini statement and account balances at any of Postbank branch countrywide.
Online/ Mobile banking
Online and mobile banking is available to the account holders. To access online banking the customer has to visit the nearest NIC branch for registration or register online at the bank's website while Mobile banking can be accessed by:- dialing USSD Code *488#
- downloading the NIC mobile App.
