General Requirements
- Duly completed application form
- Copy of ID or passport
- Copies of pay slips for the last 3 months
- Copy of PIN certificate
- Copy of utility bill
- Colored passport size photograph
- Certified copies of bank statements for the previous six months
- Applicant must be earning a minimum net of KES 400,000 or equivalent

Online/ Mobile banking
Online and mobile banking is available to the account holders. To access online banking the customer has to fill the application form online or visit the nearest CBA branch while Mobile banking can be accessed by:- dialing USSD Code *654#
- downloading the CBA App from mobile Appstore.
