4. Image of your signature.

Employed

1. Passport size photo / Clear photo of face facing camera and against a clear background.
2. National ID (Front and Back) / Passport (First inner cover, personal data, last bio-data and immigration number pages).
3. Employment contract / Letter of introduction from employer stating terms and conditions of employment / Certified latest month's bank statement and latest pay slip / Letter from at least 6 months old CBA account holder, stating referee's name, account number, telephone contact, postal address & latest pay slip.
4. PIN certificate.
